Dutch speaking Helpdesk Support Analyst
Fluency in a Dutch is imperative for this role as you will be the first point of contact for the Dutch users on a European Helpdesk. This role will suit an experienced helpdesk * customer support person who has a more that just basic technical understanding of Desktop and Networks etc and wants to pursue a more technical career path.
It is essential that you have at least two years within a customer support * helpdesk environment and will be used to handling a high volume of helpdesk enquiries by phone and following through to closure therefore excellent communication skills are an obvious must.
As the Dutch speaking Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be providing technical support on Hardware Software and retail applications for a Major High Street retailer who can offer career development opportunities, a competitive salary commensurate with experience plus excellent benefits and bonus scheme.
